1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every agreement between Mendixsolutions and a client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services
Mendixsolutions provides technical support, maintenance and ongoing development for existing Mendix applications. The specific work, effort and approach are agreed and documented per engagement.
3. Quotes and agreements
An agreement is formed once an offer has been confirmed by the client in writing or by email.
4. Performance of the work
Mendixsolutions makes every effort to carry out the work carefully and to the best of its ability. Progress, deviations and any adjustments are discussed with the client in a timely manner.
5. Liability
The liability of Mendixsolutions is limited to what the parties agree in writing for the relevant engagement.
6. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to every agreement with Mendixsolutions.
